Ukraine’s ambition to become a virtual assets-friendly economy has been reinforced since Russia’s full-scale invasion, as virtual assets play a role as a form of donation. While the traditional banking system may face many bureaucratic obstacles, virtual assets can provide a quick response to the urgent reconstruction needs.
